Have fun here at Kids' B.A.S.E. & The Little School, indoors
or out. Our professional staff provides the energy and instruction for everyone
to have a great time! The festivities begin with sports or games, crafts or
activities and end with food, fun and refreshments.
AN ADORABLE AFFAIR
(Community Room)
Guests create their own flavored lip balm and make an accessory to bring home.
Choose between necklaces, bracelets or jewel hair-clips (Grade 1 and up).
SPORTS PARTY
(Gym and Community Room)
Hosts lend their personal touch and instruction to guarantee lots of fun for
your guests. Choose between sports or games and let the fun begin. (Pre-K and
up).
CARNIVAL PARTY
(Gym and Community Room)
Our gymnasium will be set up for face painting, games and an inflatable jumper
for children to enjoy, followed by dancing or parachute games (Pre K – Grade 1).
CREATIVE CRAFT PARTY
(Community Room)
Children will enjoy party games and then create a craft. Choose between
magnetic frames or sun catchers (Pre K and up).
KIDS’
B.A.S.E. & THE LITTLE SCHOOL PROVIDES:
Leadership for the activities for the party
A chaperone for set-up and clean-up assistance
The
Milstein gym and/or outdoor location for 50 minutes to 1 hour, followed by
refreshments in the Community Room

BIRTHDAY PARTY
ROUTINE
§ Parents
should arrive about 20 minutes prior to the start of the party so that they can
help set up the Kids’ B.A.S.E. area. The staff will assist in the application of
decorations, seating set-up, and to provide general help.
§ Party
guests are welcomed by the staff. Gifts are taken to the party room by the
staff.
§
Activity time (50-60 minutes) is conducted by the staff. This activity time can
be conducted in the gym, the outside playground, the middle playground or the
Community Room.
§ The
party guests go to the Kids’ B.A.S.E. Community Room where refreshments are
provided by the parents.
§
Clean-up is provided by KBLS Staff while you say goodbye to your guests.
Reminders for an enjoyable party

Have
parents drop children off.
§
Keep the
age range of the participants within 1 year of the birthday child.
§ Keep
your guest count under the maximum limit.
§
Remember,
the party is intended for the enjoyment of the children.
KIDS’
B.A.S.E. & THE LITTLE SCHOOL
GENERAL POLICIES
Parents are responsible for any damages to the equipment, damages to the Gym,
damages to the Kids’ B.A.S.E. area and damages to the school-at-large while at
the school.
It is important for all
parents and their guests to be finished and “ready to leave” by the end of the
scheduled party time, as time is needed for set- up of the next scheduled
party. The Host Parent must remain until each child has been picked up.
Please be aware that
there is no public telephone in the building. Classroom telephones are
available for emergencies only.
Parking is available in
the back of the school (where all guests will enter). Parking is not allowed in
the front of the building or along the Kids’ B.A.S.E. side of the school
(American Legion Park side).
Availability
Use of the Kids' B.A.S.E. & The Little School facilities is restricted to the
2007-2008 academic school calendar. Parties are conducted on available
Saturdays and Sundays (holiday weekends and school closings are generally not
available).

Fee
$385.00.
Party
Size
The fee covers up to 24 children. There is a surcharge of $15.00
per child over the 24 limit. The maximum amount of children we can accommodate
is 30.
